vedrai-carino: Or, like me in high school: Big voice, gets mic’d anyway because lead role and speaking lines, gets thanked by sound guy for “making his job easier.” In my play a few weeks ago, the director told me “You don’t need a mic. You have one of those clear, young tenor voices that can cut through anything.” Then I was talking to a friend and I said “Is that a nice way for saying I’m loud?” and some random person walking by said “It’s a nice way to say your voice hasn’t dropped.”
